Coaching Circle - Decolonized Nonviolent Parenting (Latinx / Chicanx / BIPOC only)
Time & Location
About the Event
This intimate coaching circle with Leslie Priscilla, Latinx Parenting founder & Trauma-Informed Nonviolent Parenting Coach, will provide participants with an opportunities to grow their parenting toolbox with reflection, dialogue, & hands-on support as we practice Decolonized Nonviolent Parenting.
In this shame-free and judgment-free space, participants will be able to share their specific parenting challenges and get feedback from a Decolonized Nonviolent Parenting framework that is rooted in racial and social justice and the practice of reparenting and honoring our narratives. We will get the opportunity to be in community with other caregivers who are wanting to decolonize their parenting practices and liberate their families from intergenerational cycles of oppression and disconnection.
This will be an intimate space for parents to transparently share the areas in which they need support and holding. Specific situations will be listened to and supportive tools will be shared in an effort of reaching our individual and collective goals.
